The Del Madero Chipotle Salsas
have an award-winning flavor which combines a traditional southwestern
salsa flavor with the bold, smoky, flavor of chipotle peppers.
The "Hot" has a spicy kick from the Jalapeno, Serrano, and Chipotle
peppers, but it won't blow your top off. The "Original" has the
same basic flavor as the "Hot" but is slightly less spicy.

The Austin Hot Sauce Festival
This year I hosted a vendor's booth at the Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival for the first time to sell and promote my salsa. You can see some pictures of the booth here: Hot Sauce Festival Pictures. The event was a blast... I sampled and sold a ton of salsa, and enjoyed hosting my booth with my friends at one of Austin's best annual events. The weather was really hot, but what do you expect during August in Austin?? Unfortunately, I didn't take away any awards this year, but hopefully I got plenty of exposure for my salsa.
